Jackwave Commerce LLC we respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 3. Counter-Notification

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal was a mistake or the result of misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Denver, Colorado, if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Jackwave Commerce LLC reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be “repeat infringers” of intellectual property rights.
